Your data is yours. You retain ownership of all usage data you enter into HitList. By entering data into the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data to you and, where applicable, to other users of Groups and Events you participate in, and to use anonymized aggregate versions of that data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it within the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your personal data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
